Default Unanswered: Script file is trying to download on my computer from WI.

In the last few days, something odd has been occurring on WI for me, and only on this site. Everytime, I get on WI, I keep getting pop ups that says:

File name: tf_728.js
File Type: JScript Script File

It's wanting to download something, but I have no idea what. I have pop up ads blocked. I cleaned out my cache, etc. And I have used an updated version of a virus scan....none of these are getting rid of this pop up. Right now, I have 6 windows that have opened since posting this trying to download whatever this is. I sort of know what a script file is, but I have no idea why this is trying to download to my computer and I dont know how to get rid of it. Can anyone help me?
