I have Windows Vista and I usually take screenshots with the Snipping Tool. I would like to find an easier way to do it, but I don't have a screenshot button on my keyboard or screen. Is there any key combination I can use to take a snapshot on Windows?
I have a laptop AND Windows Vista. What you do is press the button that says "PrtSc" or "PrintScreen" Its near the top-right. If you still don't see it then post back to me on here. I don't have to press "Fn" or anything like that. All I press is "PrtSc" since you have a laptop its probably spelled like that. I own a ThinkPad Lenovo laptop. Once you do the screenie you put it on paint and then post it on www.tinypic.com if you want. because then it doesn't use up your attachments. Good luck and I hope I helped!
Yes What I do is press the Print Scrn/SysRq where i want to take my screen capture. Then I open up a paint page and click "edit" and then "paste". I crop it how i like and then save it to my computer. If i'm going to be posting it on WI or something, i upload it on Tinypic.com and then copy and paste the "Forums and Message boards" link. Hope I helped!!
