Default Answered: Screen too small

Help, since the lock out yesterday when I finally got on, the webkinz screen is much smaller and I cannot make it larger. The block to fill the page does not light up, and there is no way to hold and drag a corner to make the screen bigger.

Once something opens the X to close it is hidden by an ad on the side of the screen. The bottom where you can see how hungry your pet is is covered too! I can't do much, does anybody have any ideas how to fix this???
