Hey Webkinz father - I just figured it out - clear your cache! My computer was doing the same thing - it was loading the old webkinz - so even the F11 wasn't helping. But once I deleted my temporary internet files and cookies, closed all my browser windows and started again, I could see the whole screen - try that!

It appears Ganz has now offered a solution and they have fixed the problem. Now when you go to the login screen they are directing you to a "Full Screen" login page and the subsequent screens are all "Full Screen". Make sure your resolution is set to 1024x768 and it should be fine. Thanks Ganz for the quick fix and thanks to all here in the forum who brought it to their attention and offered their own fixes and suggestions for help!

I had the same problem but my husband right clicked on the desktop, clicked on properties, chose settings and changed the size to 1152 by 864. So far it's worked well. Hth

This is exactly what I had to do (after fiddling with F11 all day). The above solved the problem for me.

I constantly have trouble with the clock on the website, though. It seems to happen the most when I go on Quizzy's. Whenever I go to Quizzy's, when I am done, I have to log out and log back in to get the time fixed.

Do ya'll have this problem, too?
