Yes, it happened with my Toad. Once you are on the Webkinz homepage, click on CONTACT US and then email them. Someone probably guessed your code or maybe GANZ didn't activate the code. Don't worry, it will be okay. Hope this helps!
The e-mail is: email@example.com. Yes, this did happen to my daughter a while ago. We purchased a brand new Alley Cat and the code was used already!! We contacted Ganz and they did make it right! I know it was disappointing to have that happen but it will get taken care of! Good Luck!!
Thanks for replying! I emailed Ganz so hopefully they will respond soon. It's disappointing, we were looking forward to getting a Clydesdale for a while and wanted to play with it on our day off. Oh well.
For those of you who have had this happen before, how long did it take Ganz to respond to your email? I don't know why this would happen, the tag was securely attached to the horse, so I don't think anyone could have peeked inside. Sigh...
