Default Unanswered: Samurai Armor missing from dock

I won the Samurai Armor on the Super Wheel on my Asian account yesterday. Today it is missing from my dock. Has anyone else had something from the Super Wheel go missing?

No this has not happened to me, but if I were you I would call GANZ. To find there phone number, you can search it under google. Hope this helped.

I had a similar thing happen during Winterfest. I won the snowflake rug, and then it mysteriously disappeared. I logged out and in a few times, and then I filled out the online form. By the next morning, it was back in my dock. So I don't know if it showed up on it's own, or if filling out the form had something to do with it. Either way, my item did return. So I'd say fill out the form (it can't hurt) and if it's not back by tomorrow morning, then definitely call Ganz.

I'm sorry! I would check all my rooms. Are you sure you didn't put it in there? It is possible. After you checked and you haven't found it, look on any other accounts. Such as your own or a sibilings. Also think about who knows your password. Do you think they took it? If you have no success with that, then call Ganz or write on the Customer Support page. Sorry about the luck! Goood Luck finding!
