Umm

I got one of my pets wet and it was no big deal. It doesn't really matter, but maybe it's just me?

I probably wouldn't, but, really, the worst that can happen is that the fur gets pretty messed up, and maybe you might ruin the stuffing if they get REALLY soaked. It would be a lot like putting any other stuffed animal in the pool. I agree with the others though, if you have a poofy, furry, webkinz, then you really shouldn't put it in a pool. If you do, be sure to let them dry out for a bit!

They are fine in the pool. Nothing happened to my sisters................... but, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I would say do not put them in the pool! They will get ruined and kinda rough and lumpy instead of being nice and soft.

Webkinz like Cocker spaniels should be okay, because of their hair. As long as you are ok with the idea of taking your 'Kinz in the pool, you should be absolutely fine. It might be fun (and safer for the plushes!) if you put them on floaties. Have lots of fun at the cookout!

My sister dropped her Samoyed Webkinz (spelling?) into the pool and left it in the sun to dry. It didn't hurt it...but that particular webkinz has fluffy fur and it wasn't as nice when it dried completely. So, it really depends on which type you bring. Also, have fun.

Yes, as long as you don't drop them in the pool.

Agreed.
I wouldn't because wouldn't the chemicals in the pool ruin them? Just to be safer, just put them on a kickboard or something. That way they can be in the pool and much safer (plus that way they wouldn't get completely soaked. they may get some water, but keep it to a minimum).
