I know the phone number to Ganz, so I can call them if necessary. I am just wondering if anyone has any tips/tricks to solve this problem before i have to mess with Ganz. I appreciate all help, but please don't just say "Call Ganz"
I have a storage room that I filled with stuff. I'm not sure how many items are in there, but it covers about 80 squares of a 100 square room. I left a L shaped walkway. It has 8 rattan storage baskets though, that have I think 10 items each. I obviously over filled the room. lol
Everytime I try to go to the room by jumping or walking, it starts to load and then freezes. Any tips or help?
I had this problem before - make sure you're not blocking the doorways. I also noticed that if a storage container was in the block right next to the door on both sides, it would still freeze up...try this, maybe it will help you? Good Luck!!
Thanks for your suggestions. I have logged out and in a zillion times (well almost a zillion). I have tried different times of day hoping the server would be less busy. I've tried 2 different computers too.
I plan to empty out some of the room IF I ever get in.... the problem is I cant get in.
Now, I don't know how much this will do, but it is worth a shot. You could fill out this form and say that the boxes are stuck in your room. Whenever I do this, the items end up back in my dock. When you fill this out, make sure the room name has no spaces in it. If it has spaces, you will get an error message saying "Only use alphanumeric characters" and it will not allow you to send. Good luck! http://customerservice.webkinz.com/cs/us_en/ss.php
I know supposibly it is a problem to have a room to full and I actually tested it by filling a yard entirely with a garden and I mean its full been that way for a couple months no problems there. As for blocking doorway I have had that happen have you tried using another pet one that is closest to a different doorway? even with using the map if the doorway is blocked you can have problems
I wish you luck

I have storage rooms more full than that. I mean, it has a heck of a lot of rattan boxes and fridges in it and they are pretty full.
Does your room look something like this?
If it does, try clearing your cache first. Then reboot your computer and try using a different browser like Firefox. Try every room around the room you can't get into to try to get in through the unblocked door.
I don't know how long you have been letting it try to load, but you might try letting it sit for a while. sometimes when i have way too many strawberries in my dock, my large rooms with more stuff in them take a whole lot longer to load than the other rooms in my house... and they look like they freeze, but if i give them a bit, they will finally get around to loading.
also, if you get anything popping up telling you its taking to long to load, click no. it sometimes makes the screen blank (and sometimes will ask again a few times), but eventually it gives up and gets everything loaded in.
