thejonesfive is an unknown quantity at this point

Default Unanswered: Room is not the same as I left it!

Has anyone had this happen to them recently or in the past.... My daughter recently added a couple new pets and with the new rooms she redecorated her whole house and added a few more rooms. This was a few days ago an she signed on today and the rooms she had bought are not there and the ones that she changed the walls and floor are now the colors they were before. And of course the rooms that are no longer there the items that were in them are gone! This is very upsetting.... Just wondering if it is just a glitch and will fix itself or will I have to call them, if so what is the number and do you actually talk to a real person? What is the experience like on the phone with ganz? Thank you very much for letting me vent a little about this!

Wow that has never happened to me but you can call ganz. I dont have the number right now but if you check out some other threads people give it out. You ususally leave a message and they call you back . They have always been really nice and supportive on the phone. Good luck. If I find the number bf someone else gives it to you I'll post back okay!

The number for Ganz is 1-800-724-5902 (from their website). It is not the Webkinz number so they will probably transfer you. Good luck! This is happening to a LOT of people.

And now guess what is happening..... When I noticed that the rooms we bought that are now missing were the ones that had some of her pets in.... I went to change to one of those pets and now I get logged out so I don't know what is happening!

I've seen several people post about having the disappearing room problem and the same thing happened to them when you try to access a pet that's in 1 of the missing rooms. So you are not alone with that problem. There was a post here yesterday from someone who spoke to Ganz and was told they were working on the problem and not to buy any new rooms until it was fixed.

Thank you very much It is so fustrating but makes me feel a little better knowing it's not just me although I feel for the others too!

Thats exactly what i was going to do...just leave it alone and not add to the problem!

# is 1-866-webkinz. Hope this helps. Someone also said you can all 1-905-webkinz. But I havent tried that #.
