Default Unanswered: Room issues

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but figured I would ask. My youngest son has had two problems come up when buying rooms. The first I just brushed off as maybe an error on his part. The wrong size room was bought. He says he picked the medium sized room but he got the small instead. But like I said I brushed it off. Til Tuesday when I was helping him adopt his birthday webbie. Now to make sure the above didnt happen when he bought the underwater room I did it for him. I clicked on the buy it button for that room. We go to look at his new room and it is the outdoor garden.
Anyone else have that problem??
I sent an email but so far havent heard anything from them on it.
Im going to track down the number and call to find out what is going on because right now I have a very disappointed kid.

We had the same thing happen.. We purchased a room, and it did give us what we wanted, but it put it in a spot way off from where we chose.

I'm sorry ...
It's just another one of GANZ's glitches...
hopefully they'll be fixed soon .
My advice is to not put anything in the room... maybe it'll change by itself once ganz fixes it.

whitewolf95---I'm so sorry for your little boy. The garden just doesn't get it for a water pet. So far knock on wood (knocking on head) we havn't encountered that glitch. All kidding aside just give them a call. It may take them a day oir two to return your call. Their message says they are not taking messages, but, hang on---- then you will get a message to leave your message about subject,name, and phone number. Hope all goes well.

Yeah I got through and left a message with my cell # that way I wont miss their return call. I told my son not to put anything in there so no worries there.
We have tried kidding about it but with each passing day his sense of humor is wearing a bit thin. Poor kid really wanted this underwater room and saved quite a bit of kc so he coudl buy the stuff for the room.
Now we play the waiting game. At least now I can tell him I called them and we are waiting on that.

Not sure about quick since it was Tuesday afternoon when it happened. I'm sure they will fix the problem. Fingers crossed.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I am curious if the webbie needing the water room is the Orca???? It seems that the WW program isn't acknowledging the Orca yet as a water pet. Others who need to purchase a water room, it tells them they need to have a water pet in order to do so. Plus, the PSI pond that comes with the Orca, it won't let anyone place it in a water room, for those of course, who already had a water room. I'm sure Ganz will get you all fixed up soon.
