Well, we lost stuff around that time too and had reported them then thru the customer service links on the main page at webkinz.com We were put in line- cuz everyone had problems- and finally a rep called us. she didn't give nothing back but gave us a peguin pet code for the troubles but none of our glitches got fixed. It took many, many emails and I even went to ganz.com and "signed" their guest book. I got noticed, but not because I was mean, but because I politely asked questions they didn't want anyone else to see. Anyway, they did not replace everything lost but did replace two items to meet me half way. Guess that was better than nothing.

Sorry, this just dawned on me... the space in the room where the items were lost- DO NOT place anything else in that space. If you do, they will never come back. The techs can look in your account and will see your item "stuck in the wall" as they call it. But DO NOT put anything in the same space as those items were when they were lost or the techs may not notice them hidden in the code and then won't be able to "unstuck" them. Does that make sense???
