Unanswered: Was this the right thing to do? Please help.
Ok this is all a big mix up and I want to see if I did the right thing.
My frog's code messed up and I was locked out of the adoption center and have a wrong code. (I typed it over and over and eventually hit a wrong key)
So I was spazzing and mad and tried to adopt another one (my new lilkinza gold and white cat), and Miss birdy let me in...but when I adopted my cat her name was the code. its on my account and safe, but I think that somethings wrong. So I sent Ganz support this:
"Hello there. Today I purchased one of your Webkinz Frogs, and Lil'Kinz Gold and white Cats. My frog code has turned out to be "incorrect" (which isnt why im mailing though, I sent from support)
So the adoption center locked me out, but somehow let me in again, and I was able to adopt the lil'kinz, but its name became the code's lettering! I beleive the link on the front page for adoptiong does this, and wanted to let you know about this glitch- it also seems that it said I was on the same account when I only logged in once.
Thanks for your time. The pet (which is proof) is on my account;
I am sorry about the mix-up, and just wanted to let you know about this possible bug. Thanks again."
Was this the right thing to do? Im a bit worried about the whole thing
The number for Webkinz support is 1-866-webkinz. I think that you did the right thing; they shouldn't be suspicious about the cat. You obviously have the right code, it was just a technical error with entering the name. Hope you were able to eventually adopt your frog, too!
