Default Unanswered: Resolution on a Mac with Webkinz -- My screen is cut off and I did everything..

First off..

my resolution is 1024 by 768.

zooming out & zooming in does nothing to help.

and I can't get my webkinz screen to show full screen. I really need some help. What else can I do?

Remember.

I fixed the resolution.

Is only a little bit of your dock not showing? If so, do the following:

Pick the screen up and bring it all the way to the top of the monitor. Then, drag the bottom down to make the screen bigger. LMK if this works

I think I am having a similar problem. It is not the resolution. I tried. I don't have a MAC, I have a PC. Until yesterday, it was fine. Now, I can't see the far left side and bottom of my dock. There is a green bar along the bottom and right side of the webkinz screen. I can't see the log out button either. It's the same thing if I change the resolution, just smaller. The green bar is still there on the right side and the bottom. I can't see all my animal in the dock or the ads on the side. You can's see all of some of the games to be able to play right. I think it's webkinz, since other sites are fine, and this just happened.

I was on my grandma's computer (a PC, I usually use a Mac) and figured this out. Up at the top, there's some drop-down menus. I think under the View menu (if I remember correctly, but if you don't see it try some other ones) there's an option that says Full Screen. When I selected that, it worked for me. There's also a shortcut key it suggested that I don't remember (F and a number).

Sorry I couldn't help more, good luck!

UPDATE: If you're on a Mac, try copying this web address into the bar and then log on:

Good luck!

I having the same problem ever since I bought my new laptop. Instead of webkinz being normal sized its tiny with alot of green all around. I have tried everything to fix it but no luck. I'm waiting because the geek squad is comeing to my mothers house in a week to help her with issues she's having and I'm going over so they can (hopefully) fix this for me while they are there. If they can fix it I will have them show me how. If that happens I will pm a mod and ask them where to post the info so all the others out there with this problem can get some help. The geek squad is my last hope.

If you have a screen option area for Full Screen or Aspect Ratio, try Aspect Ratio.

You can then move the visible area for those that don't fit on the screen [like a magnifying glass doesn't always have the full document in the "screen", but you can move it up/down/right/left to
see the other areas]

Try pressing F11. It should work. Make sure to mark the best answer so the thread can be closed (you can do this by at the top of the post, there's something that says "mark best answer, closes thread")
