Default Unanswered: Renewed Deluxe but did not get...

The code for the dragon or the 1 special gift. All the accounts received their monthly gift boxes but that is it...

The email conformation just listed that the memberships were purchased. The account history does not show a code for the dragon. Where, oh, where has my little dragon gone!

I'm sorry I do not have much knowledge about the deluxe memberships or the dragon promotion, but it sounds like you should call Ganz:
Contact Ganz - Webkinz Insider Wiki

Usually the phone number, not the email, gets better results, but since it's the weekend you'll have to email now and wait until Monday to call. Make sure you contact the eStore, not the general customer support, to get more specific help.

Okay a few questions to answer this.
1. Are you 100% positive the dragon propmotion was on?
2. Did you check your junk/spam mail?
3.Did you buy the correct package?
Once you can answer all these questions yes try this:
Okay I had the same problem, What happened is I didn't recieve the code until 48 hours later. Sometimes Ganz can't always get the codes out or there is a glitch.
If you still don't get your code Contact ganz by phone! If you email them you barley ever get a reply, or at least I don't.
See what the people at Ganz say, and remember to ask for the Estore.
They will tell you what to do. If they don't try again with a diffrent person.

The Deluxe Dragon promotion comes with an annual membership, please make sure you chose that one. Also, make sure that the promotion will still going on when you purchased it.

You also stated that you did not receive the special gift that comes with the annual membership. All I can suggest for this is contacting Ganz or logging out and in to make sure you are correct. Here is the link in the WIki that is about contacting GANZ: Contact Ganz - Webkinz Insider Wiki

you might also have to wait for a week day. a lot of times when there is a promotion and you are "supposed" to get your code, if it happens on a Saturday or Sunday, you don't get the e-mail with the code until Monday. my auto renew was "being processed" and I didn't get my monthly gift box for a few days....frustrating, but it all works out in the end. hope you get the code tomorrow!
