Well, I'm not sure if this will work or help at all, I'll just give you some suggestions. You can go to Tools and clear your browsing history. Or, you could log out, log back in, see if that helps.

For MONTHS I have been getting Please Wait... very quickly after I log in. I can not gem hunt, or do any of the forest items. I can't even get through a doc visit (last time I logged in, my poor webkinz was sick). I had a pug for October - never had a chance to log him in b/c the "Please Wait..." I am so frustrated with the site I have started playing elsewhere. I am definitely buying less webkinz gifts for Christmas :-( Most of the kids I buy for have given up on the webkinz site now. I really hope they fix it soon, before they lose more customers.

I notice a difference in system response depending on what computer I use and which internet service. Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer are much better than AOL, for example. I am so sorry you are all having so much trouble--that must be very, very frustrating for you. Me, (knock on wood), I haven't been having much trouble at all. Once in a while a screen is slow to load and I have to hit the F5 and redo that, but I don't get booted in the middle of something. Hardly ever, anyways.

I am having the 10 min. Glich too. I've done all of the above things to fix the problem on my end, nothing has worked. I have a new cimputer and high speed internet viva comcast. It has to be a problem with WW servers. I think they are getting so big since the world launch of webkinz toys that they need lots of servers to serve all of us that webbies. Gant PLEASE FIX this GLICH?
