Default Unanswered: Registered my sons reindeer...sleigh missing

I registered my sons reindeer as a surprise on Monday night for him. There was a sleigh, balloon and another item (I don't remember what) in the dock after I opened the package. I logged out and the next morning told him to check his account. When he logged in, the reindeer was their, but the sleigh and the other welcome items were all missing from the doc. This was Tuesday morning and it's still gone.

He's 8 and devastated that he doesn't have his sleigh. Please help!!!

i dont know how to get them back but to avoid it in the future, go on to www.adobe.com and go to downloads, and download the FLASHPLAYER. its free and after i did it it really help my accounts!!

Hi, Ganz c.s. called today. They were super sweet. They manually added my sons sleigh, balloon and 1000 kc coin to his dock. Then they allowed him to pick an exclusive item. He has been DYING for the golden safe. They gave it to him. Very helpful and pleasant!

i had something missing the next morning when i logged onto my account i got a pink poodle and my blue wagon was missing
