Default Unanswered: Random question... does WI trading violate the user agreement??

Okay, so I was reading the user agreement of webkinz to see if there was anything important and i saw this...

User Code of Conduct

The Website is provided by Ganz and is intended to be used in a safe and enjoyable fashion. You are responsible for the content of any material you enter on this Website. Users of this Website must not:
  1. Use this Website in such a way as to offend or interfere with the use by anyone else of this Website;
  2. Sell, trade or barter any items earned through this Website;
So for number 2, does that mean that you can't trade outside of webkinz? I'm confused.

It means that you are held responcible for what you do in trading outside of WW and that also means you CANNOT trade a real item for a WW item!

To sell
is definitely to offer an item for money.

To trade
is to exchange one item of value for another. This could be a trade for money or a commodity, by definition "to engage in the exchange, purchase or sale of goods.

To barter
is to trade by exchanging one commodity for another, (definition doesn't mention currency).

The interesting phrase here is "items earned through this website". This phrase may be why items purchased outright at the e-store cannot be traded in the clubhouse or sent to anyone else through Kinzpost. (These items would not be "earned" items if they were explicitly purchased outright.) I think the answer to your question lies in the phrase above and what it means.

It means that you can't trade eg and X-box 360 for a red lava. I saw this adressed somewhere else, and yes, we are allowed to trade, but webkinz takes no responsibility for lost items.
