Default Unanswered: Quickie Question

I had just talked to a lady at the Ganz E Store because I did not receive my Fall Festival Fibe Fudge Pack. She said the tech department was having issues with it and needed my phone number and password. I was under the impression I was never supposed to repeat my password to anyone. I did give it to her, but is that okay? Should I change it now?

The above answers are correct, it's fine to give them your password as long as she is a legitimate Ganz customer service rep.
I can see why they would need it to fix the fudge glitch too; they'd have to be able to get into your account and deposit some into your dock.

I hope you get your fudge soon, if you haven't already!
