Quick Questions from a New Member

I'm sorry if these are duplicate questions, but I been searching this forum and can't find the answer.

1) Is there a search feature on WI? On other VBulletin forums there are features to search on threads and posts. Maybe it's me, but I can't seem to find that feature.

2) Are private messages not allowed on these forums or do they just appear in profiles?

3) Sometimes when I hoover over an item in my item dock on Webkinz, I can see the name of the item. For the most part though, I don't see the name. How exactly do I trigger this? Reason why I ask is because I'm trying to keep track of items that I already purchased. That way I can easily check off what I still need and not duplicate my shopping efforts.

Yes, on the second (middle) toolbar, you will find a heading titled "Search." You can also search via the Home page. Just scroll down the left side and you'll find the box.

PMs are allowed, but I'm pretty sure you have to have a certain number of posts.

And sometimes you have to hover for a while to get the item name to pop up. (That was one of my first WI questions too!)

Once you reach 10 posts and then the system updates your status from "lil kinz" to "webkinz" your PM's will be activated.

When you want to know the name of an item in your dock, go to kinzpost and pull the item into a box and it will tell you the name.

1) yes, search function is located on the mid-right upper, under the word sun on the heading
2) you have to have 10 posts before your PM function will unlock
3) you have to hover for a few seconds before the name will pop up.
