This is an eMail I recieved from "Ganz" (Supposedly)
I have deleted or blacked out anything giving away my personal information, or the personal information of friends. Please do not ask me to reveal any of the information.

Does this look like somethhing from Ganz? It seems a bit to personal, asking more than I think Ganz would ask. I have suspitions that this is a scam to take my account info. Should I contact Ganz? Or have you received this eMail before? Please note the eMail address I circled, I don't remember exactlely, but I'm pretty sure that isn't ganz tech support eMail.
If you have ever recieved this eMail, please respond and help me.
I DID send a stuck item report to Ganz, and got their automated response, I have never received this before though.
PLEASE HELP!

Yep, that's the exact email I got when I reported a stuck item a couple of months back. It's because if it's still stuck after two days then they haven't been able to sort it so will need more contact info If your item is already unstuck then you don't need to do anything with this email.

It's legit.

This looks legit to me; I remember getting a similar one. If you are wary of it I'd just call or have someone else call Customer Support to verify it came from them, but if your problem is fixed there really is no reason to.

This email looks pretty legit, like Nereid said. If you are wondering about the sender, Webkinz has different staff and each staff member has his or her own email address. Hope this helps, and best wishes with your problem!

It looks real to me.
As for personal information, they want to make sure it's actually you, and not some hacker.
That's why they asked for a Secret Code.
If a hacker stumbles upon your account, they could easily do stuff if they know the password.
But chances are, they don't have any of your Secret Code numbers. So that's why they want to know a secret code number.
As for the address, people who work for companies usually have their own email addresses, but there all at @(companyname).com, for example, if I worked at McDonalds (even though I dont think McDonalds would have email addresses...), my email would probably be something like:
(My Name)@McDonalds.com

Yes, all Ganz comes from an 'sde@ganz.com' address.
