Question Unanswered: A question only to gain understanding.

I would like to know why I cannot sell my Webkinz account? - when I say this I mean the whole account, not individual items. I understand it is against the user agreement and therefore will not do it. But I would like to understand why Ganz feels that this is an issue.

I would imagine - since they are a business - If people sold thier accounts, the people buying would need to buy fewer pets. It would greatly reduce the sales of some of the older pets. That is just my guess.

That is a good thought I had not considered that angle (older pet sales).

If you want, you can always give your account to a friend. All you need to do is give them your user name and password, and they can change the password once they get the account. I'm sure there are people who probably sell accounts to friends as well.

Thanks for your response, Im sure people do still sell their accounts, however I dont know anyone who would be interested (there are not many people in Australia who know about webkinz yet), also I would not risk my little family being terminated as Ganz have stated they will do if people try to sell their accounts, I have 64 pets (many retired ones), most of the PSI for all kinz and much more, but am becoming disalliusioned with the sites constant problems. I would like to make this very clear I AM NOT TRYING TO SELL MY ACCOUNT, but are simply asking why it is not allowed?

These sorts of queries would best be directed to Ganz directly.

Since you're in Australia, the best way to contact them is by email:
