I just read a post from a mother who had an issue with a missing item and was told by customer service that they no longer replace missing items. I am new here but from some of the announcements made by Justin it appears that the leaders of WI "have an in" with Ganz and can speak personally to members of upper management.
My question is this, is it possible for Justin or someone else to speak to Ganz to get an understanding of why they have this new policy, given that the items are virtual and it doesn't seem like it is a monetary loss for Ganz? I certainly don't mean to question them in a confrontational way, just to get an understanding of the reasons behind it. I know that I may feel differently about missing items not being replaced if Ganz had a solid reason that just never occurred to me.
Maybe some of the anger and frustration could be avoided if we just knew why and if they, in turn, understood why we feel upset.
