Default Answered: Question about the trick or treat ghost

If you trade with another pet for a candy item, instead of getting the candy from the ghost, does it still go into your candy collection in the pumpkin?

I know that trade talk is against the rules, so let's say that i somehow mysteriously received trick-or-treat candy from someone other than the ghost, and it appears in my dock, but not in my pumpkin. Is that the way this game works, or do i have a glitch?

And that makes me think of something else.

If i give candy away, or one of my pets eats it, will it then disappear from the collection in the pumpkin?

You have to get the candy directly from the ghost for it to count in your collection.

You can do whatever you want with the stuff in your dock.

It's not a glitch-if you obtain candy from anywhere other than the ghost-it is only in your dock-not your pumpkin...think of your pumpkin as a the ghost is keeping a spooky eye on you and it is your chart so he knows what you have had and not had...you can even put your candy in a fridge and stilll see it in your bucket...
