Okay, so on ganzestore.com there are great bundles and stuff, and overall just better deals and a larger variety. But deluxe memberships deposit everything directly to your Webkinz account.

Does that mean that I can't use those points to buy things from ganzestore.com ? Am I forced to only use those points in the eStore shop in Kinzville?

And if I can still use them on ganzestore.com , how do I do it?! It says I have no points, but they're actually just on my Webkinz account instead of my eStore accounts.

Extra info: I bought my deluxe membership from the account that I'm trying to use. It wasn't gifted or anything, which would obviously complicate matters.

I know you don't get the deals on your WW account but can't imagine why you couldn't transfer them over. Why don't you phone customer service and ask them to do it? Good luck
