I just redeemed a 3 months deluxe membership code that was gifted to me today and I was hoping to save the monthly estore points to get an estore pet in a few months but my ganz estore account has 0 points.
Instead, the 3000 points all went into my Webkinz World account, and you can't buy any estore pets in the Webkinz World estore.
I thought the points were supposed to go into your ganz estore account first and then you could transfer the points in your WW account if you wanted to.
So I guess my question is: Is there any way I can transfer estore points from my Webkinz World account to my ganz estore account so that I will be able to purchase an estore pet eventually.
That certainly is frusterating! If you entered the code on the eStore webpage while logged in to your account, the points should have gone to that account! At least according to the Ganz eStore official quote:
"Where do the monthly eStore points go?
All eStore points acquired through deluxe membership will be delivered to the Ganz eStore account that purchased the membership. If the membership upgrade was a gift and acquired through a code; all eStore points will be delivered to the Ganz eStore account that redeemed the membership code."
Here is what I recommend if you are over 18yrs:
Log in to your eStore account and click Manage Account in the top right. Check and see what your Points Transaction History says about the points. This might give you insight into why this happened, but unfortunately, there is no way to transfer points back to an eStore account from a WW account.
I say try calling the eStore specific Ganz line at 1-888-818-8770 (9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri).
Tell them what happened and maybe they can help!
