Signed up for new Deluxe Membership Friday, was supposed to receive estore points for primary account and bonus points for 4 bonus accounts. have not received any of them, yet funds were taken from account and all webkinz gifts received and all deluxe games and benefits accessible. anyone know if this typical ? should I just remain patient or be concerned? thanks!
There have been various reports of the points not coming right away. Some people had to wait 24 hours. They are closed for the weekend, but I would call monday morning if the points are still not there.

I can't PM you about this, so here goes: You need to go to your EStore account and sign in. Then go to Manage My Account Order History And you will See when The Membership was purchased and a little magnifying glass, (click on it), and a screen will pop up that has this information on it: Where it says Auth is where it was Charged to your account. Where it says Capture is where Ganz is Actually Giving You Credit for Charging You! If it Does Not Say Capture and This Is Very Important, Ganz Will Not Recognize the Fact that it is Deluxe Point Wise I had this Problem with them on The Account you are viewing when I Originally Purchased and was Charged in January, It Did Not Capture the Payment. I called in January, February, and Finally in March they credited it back to my card and I had to redo it all over again. I have posted pictures of both when it is captured and when it is Not it Hopes that his Helps You! Good Luck! Hugs! PP
