| | Unanswered: Problems with username and password
My daughter received a new webkinz yesterday for easter and was able to register it and print out the certificate, but when she tried to log on, it says that to please make sure the password is correct. We are entering the correct password and still it does not work. We tried to reset the account info and retrieve our username a message comes up stating that YOUR ACCOUNT VERIFICATION INFORMATION DOES NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS. Has anyone else had this problem? Even when we try to retrieve our username from an account that we can log onto, we get this same message. I did send an email yesterday and was wondering if there were any other suggestions?
