Hello! I use Linux as my operating system, and since I have upgraded to the latest version of Flash player and now I cannot play half the arcade games because it tells me I have an incompatible version of flash and need to update! Should I go back to the old version of Flash? Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.
Hmm, I'm sorry that's happening to you! Was the old version working fine? If so, I'd try going back to that.
Or, you could try downloading Adobe Flash 9. You might also want to check out the minimum requirements for Webkinz World to make sure you've got everything.
Thanks, I had version 10.3 something before my automatic updater got me the latest Flash version. WW was working fine before that, so I guess I should just go back to the old version. Just seems counter productive to not have the latest version of the player since it works better on Linux than the previous version. Thanks again!
How strange! A version like that should be working just fine. Maybe since you get automatic updates and that one is so new, Ganz hasn't updated WW to be compatible yet.
If you really wanted to get to the bottom of it, you could contact Ganz.
Anyways, good luck!
