I started my account the other day. I registered pet #1 with no problem. Then today, I went to add pet #2. I went to the adoption center, started the process, and then when it came to entering the encripted word, it said there was a server error and to try again later. I used my back buttom and tried to reenter the word, but it said that my secret webkinz code had already been entered and logged me out. I tried to log back in, and it shows my new pet in the bottom left corner, with the addition of my $2000 kinz cash, but it says that I can not be logged into webkinz world and this time and will be logged out. My son has an account which is fine. I tried to email Ganz, and it won't me do that either. Any ideas?
Did you try to use one of their auto forms from the Customer Service area? The direct email address is email@example.com. If you do not have any luck tonight, I would try logging in first thing in the morning after all of the evening sweeps are done. If the problem remains I would recommend calling.

Sorry - I should have also mentioned that this appears to be an ongoing problem. Many people are having problems with new adoptions.

Ohh so sorry to hear as well, you arent alone and several have been having the same issue, Ganz is aware and working on the problem. Hopefully as suggested above you will be able to login okay in the morning. If not keep in contact with Ganz, they have said they will correct all accounts due to the adoption issue.
I'm glad I started checking this forum on a regular basis. I just bought several new pets today, but now I know I shouldn't register any until I have confirmation that the site is working properly.
I agree with you, jlkoala, I'm very disappointed with Ganz as well. Considering all the money they make with the Webkinz craze, they should have a much better service and customer support overall. All those new problems (which started after their last maintenance "to improve the site" yesterday evening) have been going on way too long to be acceptable.
I'm a brand new member (since Christmas) and have been struggling through all those glitches since. I've lost plenty of KinzCash, objects, and a large room due to the bugs so far, but I've read about people who've lost even more than I have
