Default Unanswered: Problem Reporting Stuck Items

I went to the Customer Service area a bit ago to report the balloons stuck in one of my rooms.
It asked me for the Pets Secret Code, so I put the code for the Rottweiler in. I could not submit my request because it was saying "the info doesn't match their records" or something to that effect. I created my account with the Pug, should I have used the Pug Secret Code? Any suggestions? I'm sick of all the stuff getting stuck.

I hope you have solved your problem. If you haven't yet I will mention what happened to me...... I had the same problem and I put in the very first pet code and it still didn't work. I must have done it with every code I had and still nothing. After 2 days of trying I realized what I did wrong.. lol It asks for your DD/MM//YYYY. We are so used to putting the Month and Day and Year in that order that I didn't catch that they wanted Day first then month and year. I couldn't believe it.. lol Anyway , thought I would mention it just incase you happen to have done the same. Also it doesn't matter what pet code you put in as long as it is one that was put on that account. Hope you got fixed

We have four accounts in our family and have been having this same problem for a while now. We tried original codes, and the newest pet codes,but nothing worked.We ended up calling Ganz for help and they told us to just call them with any issues. We had an item stuck today so we tried the e-mail part first and it worked. We just used a random code on that account and it worked. Good luck!

I have contacted Ganz a few times regarding the same problem. It is interesting because i never use my original secret code, I usually pick one of the codes I am saving for the account and they are always different, but i have never had any problem. I thought if you have multiple pets on your account it could be any code. But, it sounds like that is not the case for some people.
