We have four accounts in our family and have been having this same problem for a while now. We tried original codes, and the newest pet codes,but nothing worked.We ended up calling Ganz for help and they told us to just call them with any issues. We had an item stuck today so we tried the e-mail part first and it worked. We just used a random code on that account and it worked. Good luck!

It asked me for the Pets Secret Code, so I put the code for the Rottweiler in. I could not submit my request because it was saying "the info doesn't match their records" or something to that effect. I created my account with the Pug, should I have used the Pug Secret Code? Any suggestions? I'm sick of all the stuff getting stuck.
