I just purchased....so I thought....the four newest charms in the estore.
They were supposed to be....Bad Fairy Charm
KinzPost Letter Charm
Basset Hound Charm
Chocolate Lab Charm
I printed my codes and entered them. When I went to check the Charm Tree I found that I had only eleven of the twelve I purchases.
I checked to see what was missing and found the Bad Fairy Charm was not entered.
I noticed that I had purchased a second Beagle Charm! How did that happed????
Well, stupid me, I thought. (I was pretty sure I had clicked on the correct item)
I went back to the estore and tried to get the Bad Fairy Charm.
I clicked on it and it indicated I had one item in my cart.
I continued to the next page and it said there were no items in my cart.
I tried to buy that charm about four or five times. Before I could get it they emptied my cart and said I had no items.
I HAVE PLENTY OF KINZ POINTS TO COVER THE COST. SO THAT'S NOT THE PROBLEM.
I KNEW I had not clicked on the Beagle Charm!!!!!!!!!!
Being Saturday, I can't call them to tell anyone. Now what can I do????
