Yes, please call the webkinz 800 number and ask for customer service. You will then get a name and extension number--write it down! Leave a detailed message including you Webkinz World ID (NOT your password), what pet you adopted and explain what happened. I called on a Monday morning and they called me back that afternoon and took care of the problem and even let me pick which exclusives (I had this happen 3 times) I wanted. Of course, I picked three of the new ones -- LOL! Hope this helps. It will be ok, it's happening to LOTS of people. I just had it happen to me again today when I was helping my granddaughter put new pets on her account. The best we can figure out, it's still trying to give the retired exclusives and since they aren't available, you just end up with a blank space where the exclusive should be. Good Luck!
