Question Unanswered: Problem with code from trading card

I opened a pack of trading cards and tried to put in the feature code in the code shop and it said the code had already been used. Is there any way for me to report this to Ganz and see if they can do anything about it or am I out of luck because somebody scammed a code? Any suggestions I would appreciate.

You can email them at support@webkinz.com, or call their number. It will take a while for them to get back to you, however. Maybe try again, maybe you entered the wrong code. Or what happens with me is sometimes it'll tell me that, then I'll exit and the item will be in my dock. Hope this helps!

shadowsown: Thanks for the info. I waited a couple of days and then tried again but no luck. I will try the email route and see what happens. I am not in a rush so hopefully they get back to me at some point.

Shadowsown is right....try emailing or calling, be aware it may take weeks to get back with you. I emailed about a stuck item....they never emailed back and 3 weeks later it was in my dock! Good luck on the code....you might have a better chance with a call, not sure!

I agree the emailing route takes forever and a day. I call when I have issues and they are usually resolved in a day or two. I have had issues entering cards before where it said there was a problem with the code shop but after waiting they ended up working.
