When you see a link, and click it, I've seen some threads already Pre-Scrolled to a certain part. Can somebody tell me how to do this?

Thanks!

To make a link to a specific post, which is what I think that you are asking? you use the URL from the permalink. The permalink is the little number at the top right-hand corner of each post. For example, this post that I'm writing will be post #3. When you mouse over the #3, the word "permalink" will appear. Click on the #3. The computer screen will give a sort of hiccup, and there will be an additional number at the end of the URL in your browser. Now Copy the URL in your browser and make your link the normal way.

What I do for this is find the post, as in going to 'Search Posts' or if it's my posts, I click on 'My Posts' then I click on the post name and it scrolls right down to it. I'm not sure of a way to actually do it, though.
