Default Unanswered: POM problems!

We just adopted the full size pug into my son's account after the site was spruced up this morning. The only problem - when we dragged the POM loot bag into the room to see what he got, it said zero kinzcash and it had blank spots where the POM item and the Wish Token should be! I signed out and back in - still nothing.

If you are holding a POM to adopt, you might want to wait until they fix this problem.

OMG! don't worry! if you contact Ganz they might have a way to fixing this problem! i have my webkinz pug,but i'm not adopting it untill next Monday! just to be sure! Ganz should help you and your son! so you may want to give it a try at contacting them! Good luck!

That happened to me exept when I logged out and back in it was there. Try doing that again.

I've had this problem a couple of times... so I can share a few suggestions.

First, right now Ganz is in the middle of the big update of Halloween stuff, so you might want to wait until the system seems to have righted itself. I currently can't get items from storage, so I wouldn't be able to know what's there and what's not.

Ideas for what to do next: when this has happened to us, we've been able to get items from storage and go through to see what our POTM items were. Every time except one the item has shown up. I haven't ever had it happened during a change like the one they're currently experiencing. As far as the KC... twice we could see some had been added b/c we knew what was in there and once we took it on faith... the item was there, so we figured everything else had made it too.

The one time when nothing showed up, I e-mail Ganz. I do this by going to the Webkinz home page, clicking on the button "Customer Support" and then clicking the very bottom choice "Comments and Suggestions." Lastly, click on "Our question does not appear above," and enter your info and your concern. I have received back e-mail and phone calls before using this process, and generally been very pleased with Ganz' response.

I can honestly say my new pug got the exact same thing as faithfulmommy. I have cleaned my cookies and banged my head into the wall contacted Ganz through customer support but I have to wait 24 hours unless I contacted them in the wrong place. All I can hope is I am getting one of the new things and this has all been a terrible dream lol.

The last time I saw this happen with a POTM on Day 1 of the month, the items started showing up the next day. Some folks had to contact Ganz to get their loot bags but a lot of the stuff just showed up after the fact (having worked with servers I know they can do a sort to see who adopted pugs today). And that...is why I never adopt on the first day of the month ::shudder:: I hope everything pops into your docks asap!

This happened to me with the frog last October too but I thought that was just because it was the first POM ever. I was hoping it was all clear this year. Guess I've learned my lesson!
