I am having the same problem too it has been awful i have cleared the cache and nothing has worked. I have to log out and log in so much it is really bad. Hope they can fix this cause it is not our problem but theres. Let us know how you make out.

I haven't gone on Webkinz today and if this is happening today maybe Ganz is working on somthing and we can't load or something!! I know that this isn't help but I'm no comuter wizard!!

The problem is not the browsers... Some users are having issues with their accounts... My sons account had been working fine on my laptop, my account was not.. Has nothing to do w/ the browser and cache.. it is a "ganz" issue... I'm waiting to be called back again about this...

It keeps happening to us - both of my daughters and me - too! Just this morning I've been kicked out while doing my Wishing Well, playing Booger Gets an A (no trophy, thank goodness!), trying to get into the Arcade and several more times. It's been at least six times (in two different accounts) in the past 45 minutes. Aargh!

It's been 4 days now, and we are repeatedly unable to get on, or we get kicked off. Sometimes it's the Server error message, often it's the Please Wait..., sometimes it just loads the green background. I've done EVERYTHING listed in Webkinz help/cs and it is NOT our computer. There are other people here having the exact some problems, some for just as long, and some who are just starting to have problems. And there are people with multiple accounts on the same computer, and it's only one or two accounts having the problem, so it's not their computer either. We are fairly new to Webkinz, but we love it. I was planning on getting him (and myself) a bunch more Kinz and accessories for Christmas and his birthday, but this is ridiculous, and if it isn't fixed soon, there's no way I'm going to spend any more money on Webkinz. I could deal with the MANY annoying glitches on the site, but this is horrible. I have to try about 10 times to get a successful login, and then I usually get kicked out within minutes.

I just sent them an email, so we'll see what they say. And Kelly, if you could keep us updated with what Ganz tells you, I'd love to hear what they have to say about it. Thanks everyone!

We have four accounts in our family and this only happens on one ... and that one it happens regularly when you play arcade games. Not sure what they didn. but this has been happening for 3-4 days. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon and not spread to the other accounts.

Ok.. I did not realize I posted my thread in the wrong section.. LOL.. i"ll ask for them to move it..

but I did get a call!! I actually got an email w/ an extension number if the tip they provided did not work...

Now the man was really nice on the phone.. Turned out he was a supervisor...
He checked w/ the technical department and there are no current issues, so they say, that should be giving the Please Waits, etc..

He checked both of our accounts... He said that since we had a lot of pets on the accounts and a ton of items, that might be slowing things up.. I said that we haven't ever had trouble until the maintenance.. He said that if something was wrong, they weren't telling him.. LOL...
He told me to try to keep a limit of 80 items per room, including garden yards... and he tried out my one troublesome account for a bit and didn't have the issue... LOL..

I was given a free Duck code for my hassles.. He suggested i try opening a new account and see if that had issues, and that I could keep the account Happy to say, Howard the new Duck is not having loading issues...

Now.. Back to my troubled account...

Ever since he was "checking" it.. It is now working fine... No loading issues, no please waits....

I suggest calling and talking w/ someone if you have this ... it was 4 days for me.. and today it started for my son...

But I got a Duck .. LOL

Thanks Kelly! That's awesome to hear!!! Hopefully I'll get an equally helpful response But they won't be able to try the same excuse for the problem as they did with you, since we only have 5 pets, and nowhere NEAR 80 items in a room, lol But I don't really care what excuse they give me, as long as they fix it! I'll just be thrilled to get on and stay on like normal

Ya, I'm not going w/ the 80 items thing either ... I have had about 16 garden yards w/ 100 crops in each for i'd say 3 months now, w/o issue.. LOL.. and most of my rooms are small..


He also did say if you approach 100 rooms... but I have about 60 i think...

I just think it is somehting on their part.. who really knows what though.. not even they do! LOL
