I've been having the exact same problems for about 3 days now. It actually started not long after Wednesday morning's "closed for maintenance".

I also have tried all the normal and suggested fixes (cache, rebooting, drive cleaning, etc.) and nothing has changed.

Once in awhile I'll get in for as long as 15 minutes before getting the never ending "Please wait", but more often, I'm just logging in over and over again, and either getting green screen, the "server problem" message, or getting the "please wait" as soon as I click on something. I've lost hundreds of KC, due to being kicked off. And my last two Charm Forest visits, it's frozen as soon I click on the fairy. Once I had an egg I couldn't open and once it was a key I couldn't click on, and both times, when I logged back in, my 6 hour wait had been restarted, even though I hadn't been able to finish and collect my prizes.

It's very frustrating. I'd love to hear what Ganz says to you. I'm going to contact them myself today as well.

To add to all that, I tried joining here for the last two days, and I couldn't select a user name, or use the Contact Us form to let them know there was a problem... oh well, at least I'm on now, lol. I'm looking forward to spending time here and getting to know everyone

It's so nice to meet you , anjii, welcome I recommend reading the rules & faq found at the top menu below the daisy.

I agee w/ you, it's frustrating. I'm sorry to hear you were logged out before completing the charm forest--that is frustrating. I hope the glitches get resolved soon.

That has happened to me before... what I do is just press the refresh button ( F5 ), and it takes you back to the log in screen.. it usually works for me the second time.

It's actually probably is your internet browser, thing. Just clear your cache and history. If it is truly not that then it's just Webkinz World in general. As you know, Ganz has made the major addition of the Kinzchat Plus, My Page, Smoothie Moves, they even fixed the Tournament Arena for the people who couldn't play games. So Webkinz world has a lot of glitches and viruses going around. Just be patient. That has happened to me and what I do is just don't use Webkinz for a day or so, clear my cache and history, and reset my computer. The it works fine. Hope this helps you!

I am glad I decided to check this tread. It doesn't matter which computer I use..I keep getting the please wait until I give up and log out. Cleaning out cache did not help, restarting..nothing. I kind of figured it would go away..but 3 days later..same thing. It took me several times to get to my garden...and when I finally got into it, everything had dried up! I just give up.

Another day of this for me too... and no clearing the cache, etc is not the issue

I have emailed ganz on Friday, and I'll end up calling today..

This is the last week before my son starts school, he wanted to play a bit on it and now his account is like this too.. His was fine up until today and mine has been messed up like this for nearly 4 days now..

It has nothing to do w/ the browser, cache, etc. One account worked just fine on all 3 of our computers, it was just mine up until today.. now his is messed up too

I've been having the same problem too. Yesterday, I didn't get my KC after I completed a job because it froze on me. Now, today I can't even get logged in; it just goes to green screen. I'm going to try a couple more times, but then off to work I go. Let me know what Ganz tells everyone when they call today. Hopefully, I'll be able to log on tonight when I get home.

Hi! I had the same problem for several day and I have tried everything including cleaning cookies and everything else mentioned "Did I mention it is my little cousin's account"
Anyhow here is my major PROBLEM, since I had knee surgery my little cousin offered to let me play on her account and I decided to win her some trophies MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

But now the TROPHY ROOM IS FROOZEN w/ rares in it and it worked fine for several weeks and randomly when I logged into the account I got the folloing message "Container Is Full"
Now this happen after I got her the Manatee and the trophy room is not even the underwater room but I run into the trophy room and was able to salvage some of the trophies "I have been playing all summer so I had pretty much everything but the candy 2"...... I still have there some of the rare items and atomic, 600 and googles retired trophies.

Can anyone give me an input on how to fix it bc I fell reall bad about and I have no idea on how I am going to explain it to my little cousin, she has been away and not playing on her account. PS: The room was never full to capacity bc I sh ehas more things in her yard then I did in the huge rooms that you can buy.
