I made a post in the General discussion and was told about here. This is what is going on with me and it seems some others are having the same type problems with Please Wait.
Last night I could do nothing in my Asian account. I would log in, get things out of storage and the storage would not stop emptying. I had to log off. log in again and go to the code shop. I put in a code and got Please Wait. Log out and back in again. This time I went to a room. the room map got stuck in Please Wait. No matter what I did I could do maybe one step and then Please Wait.
At first I thought it was just Asia. At the wee hours of the morning I tried one of my US accounts and it happened there. I cleaned out cache and cookies, nothing made a difference.

This morning I tired on my husband's computer and it happened as well. I called Ganz today and was told to reboot my router. I did and actually got the code in my Asian account. That was my only victory as Please Wait is haunting me once again in all of my accounts.

I am looking forward to dead gardens and hungry pets you know?!

Tjhis was waiting for me this morning in my email from AVG. I did the first two suggestions and things and rolling right along without skipping a beat!

1. Temporarily disable the AVG Web Shield component as follows:
- Open AVG user interface.
- Double-click the "Web Shield" component.
- Uncheck the "Enable Web Shield" option.
- Confirm changes by pressing the "Save changes" button.

Is the issue solved now?

- Enable the Web Shield again.

2. Now please disable AVG LinkScanner:
- Open AVG user interface.
- Double-click the "LinkScanner" component.
- Uncheck all 3 available options.
- Confirm changes by pressing the "Save changes" button.
- Restart your Internet browser.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

- Enable the LinkScanner again.

3. Please send us the AVG configuration and LOG files for analysis. We will be able to identify the source of the issue correctly then and assist you in resolving it as soon as possible. Please use these simple steps to send us the mentioned files:

- Save the attached "runner.avgdx" file to your computer (we recommend saving the file to your "Desktop").
- Double-click on the "runner.avgdx" file and the "AVG Diagnostics" tool will start automatically.
- Enter your e-mail address and a detailed description of the issue into the appropriate areas.
- Click the "Diagnose and send results" button.

We will receive the data and contact you with further instructions.

I'm having same problems, please wait on all accounts on all computers. I too calld Ganz and was told to reboot router, which we did. Then router went dead, so we bought new route, and guess what, still have please wait in every account on every computer. I've about given up on Webkinz. Kids have grown out of it and Ihave no jy in it anynore when I Can't d anything and ths has been going on with me for three weeks now! So dont know how to help you. On different thread I mentioned that if I got it working by doing something I would post, but, as of yet, I have nothing to post. So my gardens are already dead. I an see them and I Can't even remove the plants and at least put them in my dock or dig them up.So I remainf rustrated with Webkinz and hope I dont give up on it but I fear that day is coming! That sounds like it might be an issue with one (or more) of their servers. The last time that happened to 2 of my accounts (they are one the same server), my jobs were reset to level 1 and my level at the curio shop was reset to the lowest level. They fixed one of the accounts with regards to the curio shop (but not the other). They did not reset my jobs back to level 3; I had to work back up to level 3. If you can get in to do your gem hunt, then make sure that your gems are showing in your gem box first. If they are not and you find a gem and keep it, then that gem will be reset to 1 gem (even if you had 10 of that gem before).

For the people that this is happening to, if you have the Mozilla Firefox browser, you can see what server you are on. On the bottom it will say "transferring data from wapi13.webkinz.com (or whatever your wapi server number is). If you can post what server you are on in this thread, then maybe we can track down a "bad" server for them.

I am getting a lot of the "Please Wait..." on my American accounts when I play with my Zums, almost every time they ask for something. Then they get mad at me for not giving it to them (but I am unable to give them anything with the "Please Wait..." going on). The rest of my accounts seem fine.

I've been also dealing with "please wait" and especially when playing with my zumbuddies. If only I could apologize to them :-)

Boy i feel good, knowing i am NOT the only one having this problem. I will be tracking what server i am on and post it in the reply.

The one i have noticed was a MAJOR boo one was "mci2"

This one as well has issues:"wpi6"

I have been having the same problem all day. I am on server 3.

It is so frustrating not being able to do anything!

Ok I am going to Firefox and load all my accounts and see what server and will be back shortly to post - ty for info

Ok here we go:

All these isses have been going on since Halloween. I was never able to trick or treat in any account cause i couldnt stay in there long enough without getting the Please Wait then the big freeze.

One account is on wapi6 - I was finally able this morning to get a dead garden removed to the dock. It would not let me dig it up without giving me pelase wait.
Four accounts are on wapi13 - two of them have dead gardens that I cannot do a thing with except look at dead plants. Two I was finally able to move the dead plants to the dock in the last couple of days.

In all accounts, I am only able to do one or two things before I get the dreaded please wait. Also, if I get the dreaded please wait and log out of account, I cannot log back into any account. I have to get all the way off the Internet and come back in.

I called Ganz last week. They told me to reset myrouter, which my husband did. We have three computers and this happening on ALL computers. Anyway, when router was reset, it still didnt work, so hubby to placate me bought new router and guess what, it still doesnt work!

I am getting ready to call them. Between all of our accounts ( there are 15, I only mentioned 5 above cause they are ones we use all the time), I have purchased over 300 Webkinz, cases of trading cards and just about everything offered in the e-store. Now I am thoroughly disgusted with the whole mess and depending on what they tell me tomorrow, it will be folowed up by nasty letter! Think they will reimburse me.......NOT! LOLOL!

Anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
