I think I might have solved my problem. I tried someone else’s computer and I was able to open my Webkinz mail and move about my room. Their web browser is 'Internet Explorer'. I have 'Safari' as my web browser and just upgraded it recently to the newest version. Must be a glitch between Safari and Webkinz. Just now downloaded the web browser 'Firefox' to my computer and tried my Webkinz. It worked fine, was able to open the rest of my Webkinz mail, and could move about my room again and even was able to do my garden on my computer. Yea! Now I guess I switch back and forth between web browsers until, or if, Safari and Webkinz work together.
I can’t get into my room at all. It just says please wait so long I finally have to log out.
My mail, same thing, I click on a mail and it just goes to please wait so long I log out. And sometimes it shows no mail, when I know I have mail.
All very frustrating.
I actually just spoke to Ganz customer support this morning and they actually said they are aware of the Please Wait and the KinzPost issues and are working on them. I know it isn't the best news, but at least they are trying. Hope this is of some comfort to you.
