Yes, I have gotten the "Please Wait..." sign a lot, and I do have a Polar bear... Are you just reffering to the POTM bears?

Interesting theory.

My account's problem, besides the 'please wait' is that I have no access to my storage/dock which means I cannot go to the w-shop or trading room - or anything else that requires access to your storage/dock.

To verify your theory, my account (with the POTM polar bear) is the only one in our family household with this problem. No one else in our family has the POTM polar bear and none of them are experiencing any problems with their accounts at all. Hmmm?

I have a polar bear on 1 account and not the other and I have issues with both accounts. I have issues all the time, but less issues late at night after all the younger kids go to bed. I don't have as many issues when the kids are at school and after they go to bed. I knew there would be issues on Christmas Day, but they haven't stopped during the daytime. I haven't really been able to get on during the day since Christmas except a few times for only a few minutes before I freeze up. I know it is issues with the WW servers, you know it is the WW servers and now if WW would quit saying it is issues with our computers and fix their problems with the lack of servers space we would all be happy.

I had this problem all day Christmas Day and finally got on about 11:50 PM. I was really torked
because I almost didn't get the Christmas gift, and since I missed the 12AM deadline for purchasing certain items online, when I checked out the items I wanted the most were taken
out of my shopping cart, stating that they were out of stock. I just thought maybe so many
other people were online all day there may not have been enough space for all of us. I find it hard to believe that it was that way all day, however. I hope they offer the shipwreck again soon because I really want to purchase it.

i recently updated my IE to IE 8.0 with Beta and it works great, however I had to uninstall firefox because it did not work with it too well, I am going to try to re-install it soon because it was faster browsing. WW works great now but I do think that the polar bear accounts may have something to do with it because now that you mention it both accounts we have with them on it did not work until sunday (yesterday).

It seems to be related to updates, which is understandable....and almost every holiday for several this year. If Ganz offers all these new things pets, items etc you'd think they'd be able to provide service. For all those who criticize the frustrated, I can personally say it's frustrating to be down from the sight because I would like to enjoy the Good things, not my garde rotting, losing a chance for rare items etc... and NO I'm not giving up, I enjoy it as do my grandchildren. Does Ganz even know the number of problems this week?????

I have a polar bear on my main account, and do experience problems, but not more problems then on my account that does not have a polar bear. Good try on the theory though!

Sorry to hear you've fallen victim to the dreaded curse. Almost terrified (lest the problem should resurface) to say all's well with our accounts.

One would think Ganz would devote considerable time and resources to server issues of such long duration.

Hi All,

I have a polar bear and I'm having a great deal of please wait-s during the day. After 10 at night it seems to get better and before 8 in the morning. I'm not sure it's the PB because none of my grandkids have polar bears and are also experiencing the same long delays.
