I've had an extremely difficult three days of "Please Wait..." screens. I've failed Academy classes to the point where I don't bother actually doing them, I just tutor through so that I don't miss the day. I have 8 accounts. I manage to stay in an account for about 3 - 5 minutes, unless I change chores, which automatically causes the error. And it's in all accounts, not just the big one. My docks are clean, less than 50 items, generally between 20-30. I have around 80 rooms in the big account, and less than 100 pets in it. The rest are spread between the 8 accounts.

I've cleared cache, scanned, restarted, switched browsers, updated Windows, Adobe, Java. I've switched between three different computers. My conclusion? It's GANZ. And I've sent messages via feedback from each of my accounts every day. Though it's a struggle, I stick to it until I've got one message from each account each day.

I tell them that I'm not buying any more products from eStore or physical until my accounts are fixed. In those 8 accounts, I have two series of trading cards complete on two accounts, 4 accounts of full charms, 4 accounts that have at least 10 charms, two accounts full woodland, two more with 10-15 figurines, four accounts with at least three klips in them. I have spent some serious cash on Webkinz products. And I'm done. No more purchases. I can deal with random and intermittent glitches, they're understandable. They happen. But consistent problems need to be repaired. I don't mind once in a while having to clear caches and temps. It's normal. But to have this kind of problem for this long, and yet EVERY SINGLE AD functions .... that's enough. I'll trade for what I want or just go without it for a while.

I quit another habit just recently, so that might be making me grumpier than usual, but if I can make it through that, I think I can make it through not buying Webkinz items ...please help me keep strong by sharing your stories! I feel alone on this side of the monitor, like it's only me with the problems...

Hi everyone. I'm in from the field and thought I should try to get at least some chores done before I have to go out again.

Some accounts are not logging in, and those that are go almost immediately to Please Wait before I can do anything. I'm disgusted, discouraged, and I'm slowly coming to the conclusion that Webkinz isn't fun any more. I don't think I want to play this game any more. How disappointing.

Dear Ganz,

I have spent many many MANY dollars on your products over the past year and a half or so. I haven't spent any in the past week and a half, going on two weeks. I've been disappointed, frustrated, and downright angry with the issues your website is having. I have come to the point where not only am I not spending any more money on your products, but I am considering quitting Webkinz altogether. I hear there are many other sites out there with less issues that would be happy to sell me their products. If my accounts are not fixed soon, I'm done.

Awww I'm so sorry to hear that. I would try calling Ganz. Yeah i've stopped buying stuff too. I've only bought one Webkinz in the last year and no products. The glitches are just truly starting to get to me. There are just to many. Like you I can understand one or two but this? That's to many. I think it's because they are adding to much to fast. Good luck with your accounts again.

Thanks, Baby252! I agree with your assessment that they are adding too much too fast. That tends to be a theme in my Feedback to them, "Fix what you have before adding more" and "Less time making advertisements, more time on fixing issues". Are you having as much trouble as I have been?

Hi Aries - wow what a major PITA - it's odd that you've got so much trouble and accounts with so much cool stuff - I wonder why your accounts got hit so badly.

I had a similar problem with a Build a Bear account = one of my kids was not able to get into her account for weeks - we thought it was our PC - so I ran through the clean cache and all that - then we tried her account on another PC and it still didn't work - so I contacted their help line -3 days later I got an email saying they were working on it and would get back to my in 24 hrs - 3 days later I sent another email and this time got a form letter telling me to clear my cashe (and I had told them that I had already tried that) so I replied to that and CCed Maxine (the founder of BB who publishes her email - 3 hrs later I got a reply from Maxine saying she would look into it. 2 days later still no progress - so I emailed them again (and cc'd Maxine) the next day I got a call from a CS superivor to tell me they had been working on the problem for 2 days but had not solved it yet. An hour later she called back with the news that it had been fixed (it was a corrupt file and the problem impacted more than my account but none of he others had complained yet).

They gifted her with enough points for 3 sets of clothes and a hovercraft as an apology.

So.... it was frustrating that it took so long to get help but I did like that it was possible to escalate the problem and that once they got it out of the junior tech with form letter replies section it was assigned to the senior tech staff who worked on it until they solved it.

Though - I haven't bought any new BB stuff = and no real plans to buy any.

Other than extravaganza pets (one per child) and a Deluxe membership (and from that the elephant statue) we have not spent money on Ganz products for about 6 months = and other than one Kinzclip per child when the local store gets them have no plans to buy more.

Kinda...I haven't been on to much lately. I have been having a lot of glitches though when I'm on
