Well, here we go again!
It's the middle of the day here, in Asia and the 'green screen of death' is back.
- Asian accounts
- We can enter our login information, but then all we get is a blank green screen - no flashing W, no 'loading' notice. Natta.
- another day (and on the weekend, too!!!) and there go our hourlies & fairy falls, and Rares, ect...
This is Really getting frustrating!!!!!
Third day THIS WEEK!!!
PLEASE - fix whatever you need to fix so Asian accounts (yes, we actually live in Asia) will work!!!!! We are really getting sick of all of our money being wasted. We paid for the accounts. We paid for the deluxe accounts - four of them - so we could get extra jobs & extra hourlies, extra rares, etc., and we can't even use them half the time!!! We're getting close to feeling like we need to do something formal about this...
And it irritates us to think that a company made to serve the consumer market of FAMILIES & CHILDREN would seem to disregard the budgets that those families live by.
Respect the fact that although this is a virtual website, many of your customers have spent hundreds and yes, even thousands of real dollars on your products. We wouldn't have bought the stuffed animals without the website & it's perks - the animals all fall apart in 3-5 months time (Except Sigs which cost 3-5x's as much). I do apologize for sounding so flustered, but I am. Maybe I need a few WI friends to calm me down and tell me it'll all be ok...
Not intended to be disrespectful, just honest.
BTW: our 7yr old was going to adopt a new Sig End today, to reward him for finishing second grade with all A's - but we can't even do it, because he can't log in.....
