Am having difficulty trying to get Dr.Quack to heal my animal. Having trouble with trying to collect my gems in Artes. Having trouble trying to get into the clubhouse. I have a Deluxe account in the US. I seem to be having this problem since before Halloween. I have missed out on two Webkinz diamonds in the gem hunt too Get a lot of please wait.........
JUST WONDERING, DO YOU HAVE THE NEWEST VERSION OF AVG FOR YOUR ANTI VIRUS ?
there was a thread that got closed about this................. if you do, then it may be your recently-updfated avg and you can fix this, it is a temporary fix if you want it to be even, or a permanent one, depending on the level of protection you want.................... put into the search "avg alert' or something like that..................... if you dont have avg, then i sympathize with you................ even though i used this fix, i still ahve the please waits............. and it stinks
i wasnt suggesting it was her computer. because even after doing all im supposed to do i have many glithes on my accounts, and sometimes te please waits are bad................... but it could be something that she can do different to make them less, thats what i meant to say...................... many people have a terrible problem with please wait so it is a bad problem to have and i am not one to think it is all of our computers, but their are things that will help with this.................
If you are noticing that the "Please Wait" sign remains on your screen for an extended period of time, this means one of two things:
1. It could mean that your computer is having difficulty connecting to our server. To solve this issue, we suggest that you please contact your Internet Service Provider and notify them of the issue.
2. If we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of traffic, you will notice the Please Wait sign. In this case, please log out and log back in at a later time.
It could be your antivirus. I often have to disable mine when I log onto WebkinzWorld or iTunes. If your problem still persists, contact GANZ. Their contact info is located in my signature, just click on "GANZ CONTACT INFO." I hope everything works out!
