Is anyone else having trouble with loading speeds?
I feel like my computer is having some kind of seizure, but it is happening at my in-laws house as well.

You are not alone. It's happening to alot of people, but it's not on all accounts. It started yesterday, but was fine this morning. By late morning, it was back. At first it was 3 of the 7 accounts that I do (grandkids and nephews), just a few minutes ago it started on more. Now it is 5 of the 7 that I help take care of.

Welcome to Webkinz Insider! This is a great way to get information.

Between 11 am KT and noon KT today it was ok. All afternoon it has been hard to get logged in. When I do, I get the dreaded "please wait...". Then I eventually logout and try again later. Clearing the temporary files, cookies, and history does not help.

The changes to the servers last week have made my response much worse. It is the same for the Darling Godchildren. They had alot of "please wait..." last night on two different computers.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Or has the Webkinz system hit capacity?

I am having the same problem. It is only on two of the three accounts that I have done, but I admit I haven't checked the other ones because it has taken me so long just to get the last two to even load!

yeah, i am trying to do my gardening, but every time i click..."Please Wait..." GRRRR but my husband, who's computer is sitting right next to me . it working just fine, i just want to throw the computer out on the lawn

It is happening to me as well. It's worse on my American accounts though. I sure hope they fix this soon.

gave it a break last night & this morning because I couldn't get anything done with all the Please Wait . . .
Now it is still doing that when I try to log in.
There are several threads about it so lots of people must be having this issue.

It sounds like they are having problems with some of their servers, but not other ones. My Euro account loads just fine and responds well. One of my NA accounts was bad last night and impossible today, the other was just fine yesterday but very slow today. Clearing the cache didn't help me either - and I'm certain it is not a virus or my computer would probably have caught it! Oh well...please wait....
