Thumbs down Answered: Please help-- my Webkinz account has expired with an active delulxe membership!!

Somebody please help-- my Webkinz account has expired! And I currently have a deluxe membership!

Why did this happen- I thought deluxe memberships extended the life of your account?

Should I contact Ganz? I really don't want to lose my account!

It's possible my deluxe account has expired, but...

No, your account doesn't expire as long as you have deluxe. It's all over their advertising. You need to contact Ganz asap.

Well, I don't think it does extend your life in WW, it only gives you more things to do (the Deluxe Wheel, the Deluxe Machine... etc)
You sholud try and get a new Webkinz or Lil Kinz soon!

No, your account doesn't expire as long as you have deluxe. It's all over their advertising. You need to contact Ganz asap.

Two of my deluxe accounts are coming up as expired too! My understanding was the deluxe membership would extend the life of the account for another year!!! Last day of fall fest with supposedly high winds and the only thing that has blown away is our accounts...... With the deluxe membership my accounts should have been extended until Dec 2010. The other three on the family plan say they expire in May 2010. Ganz has some explaining to do.

I thought that they said it would extend or even never expire as long as you were paying for deluxe. I would call GANZ on Monday and I bet they can fix your problem!

Alright, you SHOULD contact Ganz, they may tell you you need a pet to purchase before you can start playing again, but im sure you'll figure this out! hope i helped.

No, they have to honor their contract. Call them, and they should fix this. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait 'til Monday to call.

I just bought another pet (which I was planning to do anyways), so as soon as it is shipped I can activate my account if it is not a glitch.

I'm going to keep this thread open to get more suggestions for a while.
