Question Unanswered: Please Help! My accounts are gone.

Yesterday I opened two new accounts on Webkinz World. Each new account only has one WeCare pet each and my existing account has three pets. Each account has a different user name but I used the same password for all three. It was working fine until this afternoon and now I can't get into my existing account and I can't get into one of the new accounts. When I try to log on it says its loading and then the screen goes blank. The rules state it's okay to have more than one account, so can someone tell me what is going on. My son has over 60 pets and we have never had this problem. ???

I don't know... Try pressing the F4 key, or whatever key it says to on the bottom of the log in page... see if that works... I hope it does

It's totally okay to have more than one account and okay to use the same password for multiple accounts. I would call Ganz if you can't get past the loading screen tomorrow! Tonight, my account seems to keep seizing up, especially with the telephone. Good luck!

Thank you so much! I know Ganz have all these warnings about closing your account if you do anything wrong. I know it said you could have more than one account but I didn't know about the password. I was afraid they closed the accounts for using the same password. I will call first thing in the morning if it's still not working. Thanks again for the quick reply.

just wait until tomorrow and try again. Clear all your cookies and everything. Sounds like it is starting hte login and not giving you the "sorry we don't recongnize this user" message.

also make sure your internet connection is strong. HTis may help witht he loading

good luck (if it doesn't work call ganz they should be able to help)

Is the green screen popping up, then it just stays like that?? It did that to me for 2 days now. I just wait about 3 minutes, and sometimes it popped up! Hope this helps!

As xoxoflower said, try clearing your cookies and your cache. Then close your browser and open a new window. (Go to "tools" then "internet options" on Internet Explorer, or "tools" then "clear private data" on Firefox.)

I'm sure it's just a glitch. I get the blue and green screen from time to time as well. Nothing to worry about! If it were something wrong with your actual accounts, a message would pop up saying either the system doesn't recognize you, that your password is incorrect, you've been banned, or your account has expired. As long as you don't see those messages, you're fine.
