Save your signature onto your desktop from the site you made it on. Then, go to www.tinypic.com and upload it there. Next, copy the [IMG] code and paste it onto your shop thread. That should solve your problem. =)
You can also make an account on Photobucket (though it's a little more work than Tinypic). If you do, then click on your username in the upper bar and it'll take you to your page. Click upload pics. Once it's done uploading, click Save (which is right below it). It'll take you back to your page. Click the picture and scroll down a little. There will be codes in yellow off to the left side. Copy them IMG code and then paste it on the site!
It may be more work but Photobucket will let you have your photos on the site until you delete them from your photobucket account. Tinypic will host them for only a certain amount of time.
I don't know much about shops and stuff but maybe I can help. Instead of posting your clients order in your shop, have a link ready instead. Have them click a link that will bring them to the actual website where your regular sized one is. Other than that I don't really think I can be of furthur help. Maybe ask someone who is really experienced at making graphics and saving them give you some pointers. Hope this helped!
I am not sure if I am understanding your response correctly, but just in case...you cannot send someone a link to a site outside of WI. It is against the rules.
