Thank-you very much!

As for everyone else, you don't know where these webkinz may have been before you bought them. Think of how gross that would be if someone returned it after having it in their homes and then YOU bought it. As for the codes, I wanted to possibly sell them on Ebay...

Rhe number to call is 1-905-851-6661. A recording will come on to ask you to put in a 4 digit code for the extension you want. Stay on the phone. Ask for customer service or ttech support. Let them know what you have done. If you mail your tags back to Ganz as damaged tags, they may replace them for you.

The address to send your damaged codes to is:

Ganz
404360 Industrial Parkway
Cheektowaga, NY 142279903

Enclose t he original code, along with your name, phone, and address. Enclose a note explaining that the code are damaged and you are requesting replacements. They will send you new codes. Hope this helps. You actually don't need to call them as they will insist that they can't do anything until they receive the original codes. I enclosed a self addressed envelope to speed the process. Got my replacement in about a week.

I'm going to do exactly this. Thank-you all for the help! I really appreciate it! I hope they can replace them. They're unused so there shouldn't be a problem. Once again, thank-you all!

but can they really do something about that!
