I have had my Webkinz account since July of last year, and I only have a Lil' Kinz White Poodle. One day after they were done repairing the website (during late December/early January), I get onto my account to find out that "Exclusive Pet Item" was missing. I know this might be dumb asking for help now, but I thought it would re-appear. Does anyone have a suggestion or a way for me to contact Webkinz about this problem.
