Default Answered: Please help Jessie Movie does not play in Firefox

Please help..OK, I finally installed the ver.6 Firefox and it is doing really good after doing a uninstall and reinstall after removing some of the Add-ons. The BIG problem is that the Jessie Movie will not play. I am doing all activities in FF but have to use IE for the movie. Veteran FF users can you help me. I have very few ad-ons and extensions in FF.

I might have had to restart FF before it worked, sorry can't remember. I couldn't find a way to unblock just that one ad. Please post if you do - but I suspect it's a simple add-on, and thus all or none.

I added an ad-blocker for my FF, and had to disable it in order to watch the Jessie video. You might check your Tools/Add-ons....... good luck!

I'm using FF 6.0.1 without any additions or subtractions to it and not having any trouble watching the movie. I'm using a MacBook Pro. don't know if mac vs pc makes a difference. I hope you get it figured out, those prizes are pretty cool.

Hmm... It works for me, so this is strange. Have you tried clearing your cache? Or anything of the sort? I'm not very familiar with firefox, but it might work.

Thank you so much. It worked great for me. I also figured out how to disable AdBlock for just that page the movie is on and still have AdBlock enabled for the rest of FF. Thank you so much again. For FF to work for me with WW I removed Java never thinking it was causing the Flash crashes. I wonder why Support never suggested that. I can't believe how much faster FF is now that IE. I am a happy WW camper.
